Koketso is Management Consultant at A.T. Kearney where she leads the execution of a broad range of projects across industries. She started her career as an IT consultant primarily working in the mining industry and there found her interest in sustainability. She moved to York, UK to study an M.Sc. in Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management which she graduated with distinction and at the top of her class. Koketso has a keen interest in socio-political and leadership issues and is a fellow of the Young African Leadership Initiative’s (YALI) first cohort, The Mbewu class. Koketso, with a colleague, initiated and ran a program at the University of Johannesburg, under the SpreadLuv movement, aimed at improving the performance of students by addressing socio-economic issues usually not covered in the scope of educational interventions. She currently serves as the Secretariat of the Young Professionals Association.
